 USS silk-screening ensures many different possible decoration solutions, both with ceramic and organic ink. USS equipment diversity includes a large variety of decoration possibilities, from single pass high registration manual machines to double, triple and even robotic automatic decorating machines. This diversity gives USS high flexibility in running projects from simple to more complex multi-pass decorations and colors. Its durable ceramic ink process permanently fuses into glass at high temperatures to bring out bright and glossy colors, while its organic inks and coatings provide infinite color palettes to insure exact color-matching. USS is a fully compliant company using only certified environmentally safe heavy metal free inks meeting all CONEG and Proposition 13 guidelines. 

 Spraying allows to obtain many achievable effects (metallic, pearlescent, fluorescent, matte, semi-transparent, shiny etc.) and all the colors from the most known color series (Pantone - RAL). Spraying is also used to protect the surface of the glass container and can allow UV protection. USS constantly cooperates with main partners from the industry to develop new finishing solutions and to accomplish the most challenging needs of customers. Furthermore, the innovative spirit of the company enhances the research of new technologies and materials to provide unique decoration solutions, such as gradient sprays, partial and full bottle coatings and effects such us fluorescents, antiquing or crackles. 

 Frosting enables glass velvety acid-etched feel and appearance. This procedure is essential for hiding some glass flaws and aesthetical issues in the formula. All current operational and discharge regulations set forth by the City of Newark, PVSC, and the State of New Jersey are met by USS, which has NJDEP lab certification. The PVSC Excellence Award has been given to USS in the last five years.
