USS utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and technology in our frosting facility ensuring a high-quality velvety acid-etched feel and look to your glass. This process is crucial in concealing certain glass defects and/or separation issues inherent with some filled product. USS has a production capacity of up to 2.8M units per week which is currently one of the largest in the US.  

USS is lab certified by NJDEP and meets all current operating and discharge requirements by the City of Newark, PVSC and State of New Jersey. USS has received the PVSC Excellence Award for the last five years running.
