Spray coating

Our Spraying facility is one of our primary and most innovative additions with a rate of production of up to 200k units daily. Over the last few years we have transformed this facility into an elite state-of-the-art research and production complex. We currently partner with several paint manufacturers to develop new types of products, product enhancements and processes. The innovative technology used here allows USS to enhance your product look as no other process can. We are extremely proud of what we have accomplished and are able to provide our customers with extremely unique looks such as gradiated sprays, partial and full bottle coatings and effects such us fluorescents, antiquing, crackles, etc. The package transformation utilizing such processes is quite impressive.  

We can spray organic or ceramic coatings on glass as well as UV coating on PET (plastic) bottles.
